Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 11, 2026

At MoreLogical ("we", "us", or "our"), safeguarding your personal data is a foundational principle of our engineering process. This Privacy Policy details the information we collect, how it traverses our networks, and how it is protected.

1. Data Collection Architecture

We collect information via the following vectors:

  • Direct Submission: Form payloads containing names, business emails, and project requirements.
  • Automated Telemetry: Connection metadata, browser fingerprints, viewport dimensions, and interaction event logs.
  • Authentication: OAuth tokens and hashed credentials when accessing client dashboards.

2. Utilization of Telemetry

The payloads we capture are strictly utilized for:

  • Executing the services contracted by our enterprise clients.
  • Load balancing and CDN optimization based on regional traffic.
  • Debugging application state and preventing automated abuse (e.g., DDoS mitigation).

3. Data Persistence & Retention

We implement strict TTL (Time to Live) protocols on ephemeral data. Persistent records corresponding to active client relations are stored in encrypted clusters (AES-256). Upon contract termination, data is expunged securely following industry-standard destruction algorithms within 30 days unless legal retention is mandated.

4. Third-Party Integrations

To deliver high-availability services, we interface with external cloud providers (e.g., AWS, GCP). We ensure strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place. We do not sell API access or user databases to unauthorized third-party marketing entities.
