Terms of Service

By accessing or implementing APIs, dashboards, or public websites operated by MoreLogical, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure.

1. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to interface with our public endpoints strictly for legitimate business evaluation or as stipulated in a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Scraping, bulk data extraction, or network stress testing without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI components, architectural diagrams, and written content on this domain remain the exclusive intellectual property of MoreLogical unless open-sourced under a specific license (e.g., MIT). Reverse engineering compiled chunks served by our platform is forbidden.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Except where explicitly guaranteed in an enterprise contract, all public services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We bear no liability for scheduled downtime, upstream provider outages, or network partitions outside our jurisdiction.

4. Client Obligations

When utilizing user-authenticated areas, you are responsible for maintaining transport security requirements (ensuring no downgrade attacks) and managing your own API key rotation.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute resolution will occur in the jurisdictions assigned in the underlying master contracts.
